Please could my rDNS be changed to use the IP address instead of my username?

rDNS still hasn't been updated.

I tried to reply to the question on my account (248928661) but it's been automatically closed.

Apparently there is a task with the NetOps team (ref: RITM00956814).

It's been a month now, can anyone check if there has been any progress?

@sglodion Hi there, looks like the task was classed as 'closed completed'. I can see this isn't the case so I've resubmitted the task today for you and will be monitoring it to make sure its completed properly. If the netops team need anymore info I'll be in contact to discuss this with you.
