Yes, that's the correct host name for mysql5 databases and is the one I'm using. Have you tried viewing the table content in phpMyAdmin or MySQL Manager?

Using credentials discovered in an amended wordpress config file in the new environment, accessed new phpadmin to find a completely Empty database. Is this going to be populated or do I have to do it myself ?
(I was migrated on 4/3/2014)
