If Thunderbird on Windows is anything like the Linux version, then you will need to "Show Hidden Files" or equivalent to be able to search for the Thunderbird data folder.
I'm unable to check and say exactly how you would do that - I also migrated to Tux many years ago!

Good call - as I’ve always got that set I don’t remember!!
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi, I managed to get my address book back. But no way to find my previous email folders.

You could try running Thunderbird using the 'P' switch.
Press the 'Windows' and 'R' keys, then enter thunderbird -p and click OK.
If more than 1 profile is offered you can make a choice.
