Trying to setup Reverse DNS record

I want to change my reverse DNS from <username>.plus.net to my domain. How do I do that? I called support just now and they didn't know what to do. Can someone tell me what to do? I already have a static IP and a domain linked to it from Cloudflare as an A record. I want to set a PTR record for the reverse DNS.
