Support types in 2023

Hi guys,

I was considering some ISP to switch to, checking how easy is to use my own modem/router, support, community, price.

At first sight with PS it seems that:

- There isn't any chat anymore

- The only way to have support is here or by phone

Am I wrong?

Thanks

Re: Support types in 2023

Do not confuse accessibility with quality.

I know of providers who are easy enough to get hold of but their support is not great.  The Plusnet's (aka PN) forum (unlike some) offers good support from both staff and other knowledgeable customers, the latter often at silly times of the night!

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: Support types in 2023

Thanks everybody!
Yes I know it's a good forum because I've been here for 18 months in the past.

OK so basically there is a chat as well, via twitter.... let's see... yes it's working! 🙂
