Service Information - Safeguard Discussion
Our internal monitoring found that from around 02:00 this morning a couple of our servers were incorrectly filtering a small number of customer's traffic, whilst Safeguard was enabled requests to these servers would allow some content that should be blocked to be accessible.
We resolved that early this morning and it is currently working correctly, we're obviously keeping a close eye on it and appreciate that this is frustrating for some of you, and we appreciate your patience.
