SOGEA went smoothly. Thanks!

My contract expired this month and I was uncertain what to do, given I'd lose the landline at some point in the near future.

When I contacted PN sales, I was pushed toward FTTP but the on premises installation was not convenient for me at this time.

I went the SOGEA route and I am pleased to report everything has gone very smoothly. Broadband went off very briefly during the early hours on the date the new contract commenced. Later that day, the landline went dead. At that point I requested a number port with a third party VoIP provider, who actioned the request next working day. Landline number then worked over sip connection 5 days later, as they promised.

Many thanks to Plusnet for their part in a smooth transition.

Excellent.  Thanks for sharing.  Just about to do this myself.  Which VoIP provider did you go to?
