I have not received my email re the £75 reward card promised when I signed up! I raised a question about this with Plusnet on 02.03.22 and was emailed to say I would receive a reply within 3 days however I never received a reply. As it is now over 2 months since I started with Plusnet I'm worried the card will not be issued. It's so frustrating as I raised this with Plusnet in good time and was ignored. I feel cheated.
