Reverse DNS Change

I recently moved house and my static IP changed. I would like to have the rDNS changed on my new IP address. Please could you advise how i would go about getting this done please?

That's the actual problem. Assuming your account hasn't changed, then the static IP should remain. It probably just needs the static IP component 'refreshing'

It appears that an agent assigned him a new static IP instead of retaining the old one, which should not have occurred.
