I have good PlusNet internet connection however even though printer connection level is the same the 2 don't stay connected at the same time.
I have uninstalled & reinstalled my printer making no difference at all.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Can you explain how you are connecting your printer, is it wirelessly to the router?

I have seen issues with my Samsung printer which seems to not “follow” a WiFi channel change. The solution which worked for me was to choose a fixed WiFi channel in the router WiFi settings.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
