My Personal Art Site is being blocked in UK and Plusnet

I am wondering why my personal website is blocked by Plusnet and some ISPs in the UK

www.zanaelf.org

I have tested it via a VPN and it works, and all payments and bills are payed to my website host

I am wondering if this is a glitch or done on purpose by the government due to the increase in UFO activity 

since much of my art is based on star culture.

I have also been made a diplomat by the Extraterrestrials for the Extraterrestrials for First Contact/Extraterrestrial Embassy ETEmbassy.org  Alliance4ET.org construction-landing-greeting and being a Raelian Rael.org in Raelian Movement, if they had an issue with things they should have contacted me not censor my life's artwork.
