That's interesting - I'll point out the business options and she may go for that.
She is a very light user but it seems to me the business options aren't radically more costly than residential.

Hi Again ,
Just to say i have now moved my site away from Plusnet at nil cost.
Thank you for all answers received to my original question.
Also I have noted that no Plusnet staff has managed to pass comment.!!!   
Ah well  ......  In a few weeks time i shall be reviewing my ISP provider,. 
I have been with Plusnet for approx  8 years and currently have Plusnet Fibre and Phone package .

As far as i am concerned  this post is now closed.
