You'll probably need to send one of the Help Team (the four @ links above) details of the not-renewed-yet domain name (send a PM [Private Message] via their linked page/s).
As far as I understand it, PMs sent are viewable by all four (so whoever's on shift can refer it to NetOps or whoever deals with domain renewals currently).
Given this is the second such domain-renewal thread in a matter of days, it might be helpful if the Moderators could perhaps create an amalgamated thread (similar to the one for Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here! at https://community.plus.net/t5/Email/Archived-mailbox-Request-for-it-to-be-unarchived-here-Part-2/m-p... )
to keep all such domain-renewal requests in a single location, ongoing, if at all possible.
