Freenetname Domain Transfer

I have a domain name since the freenetname era and would like to transfer it to another host.
Would anyone on the Plusnet help team update the IPSTAG for me?

This can easily be sorted for you.

Do you still have access to your account via the portal? (your forum account isn't linked to your FNN account). 

If you do, raise a ticket and post the ticket number and I'll get that sorted out. I can also raise a ticket for you to comment on if you can PM me your username.

If you don't have access, please give our team a call, you'll go through security and they'll raise a task to get this sorted for you.
