I'm trying to transfer my domain name away from PlusNet can you please assist?

There seems to be no way to contact support regarding this.

I can help out with this if you'd like! Do you know where you'd like to transfer the domain out to yet, or are you still in the decision making stage? If you could drop me a private message to let me know and also include the IPS Tag of the new registrar and the domain that you wish to transfer, I'll get that raised as soon as possible
