Re: Thunderbird e mail (plusnet)

@stathe  probably down to the current email system problem https://community.plus.net/t5/Email/Email-system-failing-today/td-p/1933754/page/5

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: Thunderbird e mail (plusnet)

If your original settings worked prior to the email system problems, then revert to those. If not , then all the details you need are here https://www.plus.net/help/email-guides/how-to-set-up-plusnet-email/

@stathe

"You seem to be quite useless and a disgrace"

Are you aware that apart from the very occasional visit from a Plusnet employee, almost all of the contributors to these forums, including Superusers and Moderators, (I think?), are just Plusnet customers trying to help each other - not Plusnet employees?

Re: Thunderbird e mail (plusnet)

Sorry to upset you but as I said after a long wait on the phone I spoke to I am sure a Plusnet staff member who told me he couldn't help after consulting a colleague Surely not volunteers at the end of phone help lines   It still's not working properly
