Recovering deleted emails

I intended to delete 2 emails last night but somehow deleted every other email except the two I was trying to delete.

There is nothing in the deleted folder.

I've logged into webmail and there were 72 items there but there were a lot more in my inbox originally. Is there any way to get back a selection of the emails I deleted( or even all of them)?

Also any ideas how I managed to do it?
