yes it the webmail not the speed issue , but i am no expert
samsung 850evo 250gig , WD black 2 TB . Asus Phoebus sound ,
16 gig Avexir ram 2400 , water cooling Corsair H100i gtx ,
Corsair 750HXI Psu , Phanteks Enthoo pro case .

After the very satisfactory performance at the weekend, I was very disappointed to find that it is awful again. Today I could not connect to webmail at all! Just "loading" with nowt else! All OK here as you can see!!

@Kelly Having seen noticeable improvement during the last few weeks, to the point that I began to believe all has been resolved, I'm afraid that today has been a return to the bad times with server error messages, slow loading emails, deletion of emails only to find they reappear etc.
All the issues as reported in the past have been experienced today.
Disappointing to say the least.

I couldn't get the Inbox to load earlier this evening either. Fortunately I can use my phone to check emails...

It's working fine for me this morning - but then it's usually OK at the weekends - it's business hours into early evening when it's more of a problem...

As a long time Plusnet customer I am used to Plusnet webmail but recently it has got so slow as to be unusable. I have tried various access routes (internet, mobile internet, even via Plusnet fibre broadband) and devices / operating systems and browsers, and it is dreadfully slow on all of them. Once logged in, it says there are some messages in the inbox (started as 100, now up to 200) then it sits there saying Loading.... When it does decide to display a page of message headers, trying to do anything is almost impossible.

An aside: The notification I received in respect of this merge states it was done by cjags. Unfortunately I missed getting a screen grab ... and now my most recent notification just says Mav & cjags replied.
I guess this is a transient state ... wonder if it might inform though any other issues you've seen?

Havig had some respite from the frustrations of webmail for a while, I assumed/hoped the incredibly long-standing problems had been resolved.
Today is like the bad old days...can't send emails. (Sighs wearily).
