Can't send emails and can't save drafts. The never-ending  webmail frustration nightmare continues.

Webmail was working this morning but now it's connecting very rarely. Maybe 1 in 30 or 40 attempts! When I did manage to get email up I had two very important ones. I spent about 10 minutes replying to one, clicked 'send' and immediately got "Connection dropped by IMAP Server". I am very patient but this is absolutely infuriating!

Can't access email at all now and communication from Plusnet re Service Status seems to have dried up completely.

Appalling service.

Currently been on hold for a PN customer adviser for 30mins so clearly their issues aren't confined to just webmail.

Over an hours wait and still no answer. What a disgrace.

The slogan "We'll do you proud" sucks.

There was a time when you'd phone PN and someone would answer within minutes at the latest.

It's an absolute sham.

Even yesterdays Service status PN still pushing DONT use webmail use a Client ?

Makes You wonder why ??  cant they fix the webmail

That's good. They must have sacked the staff responsible for answering phones to pay for the memory upgrade.

For the record, emails do seem to be getting lost. A client sent a document for editing (17,000 KB) on 1 December. Midnight on 2 December I received an email asking if I'd received the document. I hadn't. It has never arrived at my domain address (PN hosted) and needed to be forwarded to a gmail address.
