No email delivery for past 24 hours

Hi

I have an old Globalnet account which is (or was) provided by Plusnet.

We have not received email to either our laptop or mobiles for the last 24 hours or so; although we seem able to send out.

We use Office 365 on the laptop and the iOS mail client on out mobile phones.  Settings have not been changed...

Any thoughts gratefully received.

Hi Chris,

Can you receive email at webmail.plus.net by logging in using your Globalnet email address? 

If not, is the mailbox above the 250MB storage quota? Should be able to check how big it is by going to Settings in webmail, click the folders tab then select each folder in turn to find out the size to add together. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
