Application Form submission query

Hello,
Not sure if this is the right place or even if this will be deleted  :).
I sent you guys an application for Technical Support Analyst today to goplusnet.plus.net - I then received a Undeliverable message stating that:

An error occurred while trying to deliver this message to the recipient's e-mail address. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please try resending this message, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.
What I'm really wondering is if my application has been submitted successfully?
