Forget FTTC when do we get FTTP Broadband for business?

I've been reading that BT are promising business 300 Mbps Internet broadband by fibre to the premises.
So PlusNet, when will we see IPv6 enabled fibre arriving in our basements with a PlusNet Logo?
Now Zen, but a +Net residue.

Probably a little more detail and substance in this article from BBC news. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-16870464
Lets get the current FTTx flavours out the door before we talk about 2013 products Smiley
We're already considering the implications of the recent announcement but too early to  make any comment regarding our plans.

300Mb/s, That is crazy speeds.
That's 37.5 MB/s, and with Plusnet current extra fibre 120GB a month fibre package you could use the whole months usage under 54 minutes.

It shows how things have progressed in the past decade or so. I remember installing a 64 kbs data link from London to Almaty (Kazakhstan). It had a ping time of 700 millisec and cost just under £100,000 a year.
Nowadays you can do that for next to nothing using a VPN over the Internet.
