Hi, my connection is very slow, and it's getting worst, even very early in the morning.
I've ADSL, speed guaranteed 1.5 - 5Mb, guaranteed more than 0.5.
But I have less.
I followed the steps in this pinned thread:
- Result of a BT Wholesale speed test just now: Download speed 0.1 Mbps, Upload speed 1.2 Mbps
- Router stats (2704n):
- Noise margin: 5.8/2.9
- Line Attenuation(dB)- 32.0/55.5
What can I do? Impossible to join plusnet by phone... and it's too slow sometimes even to open a simple web page.
