router loses connection problem

Problem solved....I couldnt see how it could be power problem but then thought about what Bright was saying and decided to change the power cord to the pc......now it boots up fine and no loss of connection...thanks for the help.

A lot cheaper than a new PSU
Probably a loose connection in the power lead then - might be worth binning it as that sort of fault could cause a fire...
