Had my FTTC reinstalled this morning and cant seem to get speeds more than 8mb?
Download speedachieved during the test was - 7.55 Mbps

Seeing as the IP profile is 77Mbps I would guess its plusnet's end?

Give me a couple of minutes and we'll get it sorted to the correct profile on our side, I'm just running the line test now.
