its been 1 month and a day and I Still don't have broadband.

I originally paid my £77 on the 19th June, but  still can't access the internet. My router light has been blue a couple of times, and the hub manager says I'm connected to broadband, but I can't access anything on the internet, through any device... and now my router light has gone back to Orange. I don't know how much more patient I can be, and I am really hooping that I will NOT be charged for this month, or at the very least get some kind of refund. I was under the impression that Plusnet were known for their good service.. but this is DEFINITELY not my experience so far.
