internet disconnecting twice a day

internet disconnecting twice a day

i am an new customer, when i got my router it would disconnect at least twice a day with an orange power light flashing, i would log onto plusnet hub manager to connect but it would not work, even when i entered my account username and password, then would start working after a while, an engineer paid a visit and said everything was in order and i was sent a new router, and i am having the same issues, at least twice a day my internet disconnects with an orange power light flashing and then connects itself after 5 mins, i have rang up but received no help!

Sorry to hear you're having issues.
I can see connection is dropping quite a bit as shown below
If you raise a fault here we can look into this for you.
