change package

Hi I want to Change my package, from BB+ onto Yourway 2 so i can do a bit of light  P2P at reasonable speeds But can someone tell me

1. (apart from the monthly line rental) how much will it cost (if anything to move) i couldnt really find anything about this (maybe im been stoopid) 
2. how long will it take?

1) nothing - it's free to change and the new account is the same price so there'll be no difference there either
2) Instantly, as soon as the request is raised (just click the 'upgrade' button in your members centre, at the top) and then post here to let us know that the ticket is raised. We can then action it for you.
