broadband keeps going off line

can any one help, my broadband keeps going offline stays on for a bit does again, red light on box goes on switch it off at mains resolve prob any ideas

hi its the power light, i think all the others go off and jst that one on

I had a similar issue with my Thomson. Turned out that where the power lead goes into the router it wasn't pushed in far enough. It felt like it was but I just needed to give it a good push.

i thought it was but has been going offline allday. on for a bit then goes off again, iam not sure what the problem is could be modem could be the line
