Wi Fi has stopped working on some devices in the house, not all.

Stumped on a Tech problem!

ADSL internet connection went down. Restarted the main computer (Windows 10) which is connected via ethernet cable to the wifi modem, which was also restarted.

Connection came back up, can browse fine on the main computer. However most of the devices in the house that are connected to the wifi are not connecting - 2 laptops (Windows 10), 3 smartphones. However the Xbox which is connected via wifi to the modem is working fine (we just used Netflix on it for a couple of hours, and can browse the Microsoft store).

I'm not sure where I should be troubleshooting this - on each device? The modem itself? Not sure if it's a modem issue if the Xbox is working fine.

The error on the Android phone in the Wifi settings is the "Connecting...", then "Couldn't get IP address"

The error on the laptops is the yellow exclamation mark over the wifi symbol with the message "No internet, secured"

Hoping someone can help - thanks in advance Smiley

Welcome to the forums, @marvelsferb7 . From your description, you need to to run the connection troubleshooter on each device.
