Very slow broadband speeds

recently i've been getting dreadful BB speeds, im now at 1.2mbps. I cant justify paying £50 p/month for these ridiculous speeds. its never been about 4mbps since i swapped to plusnet 3years ago. I dont know what to do!?

Have you done the self checks for slow internet speeds - see the link below.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

Our tests aren't showing any issues and your profiles are set so you should be getting speeds around 4.5mbps.

Can you run a speedtest here over a wired connection and let us know the results?
