Upload Speed 0.78 Mbps deadly slow

The upload speed became deadly slow and currently it's 0.78 Mbps.

Please someone help to increase the speed.

Please post your router stats; for PN TG582n and 2704n routers use the buttons below, for other routers look at the Kitz link.

Also run a BT Wholesale speed test (ideally using an Ethernet wired PC with the WiFi turned off) then run the further diagnostics and post the results here. DO NOT REBOOT the router!

Also find your CURRENT SPEED (PlusNet line profile) from the PlusNet user portal - you will need to log in.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Hi there,

Sorry to hear you're having speed problems.

Testing your line, your router is in sync at almost 1 Mb/s which would really be the most your line can handle without going to fibre broadband where you can achieve 20 Mb/s.

Are you getting the 0.78 Mb/s using a wired or wireless connection?
