Re: Throughput speed

Hi BLINDPEW,
Your profile is set at 5500 with BT so there's nothing we can do to lift that. It will be done by their systems as long as the sync rate stays up.

Re: Throughput speed

Thanks JoJo for the quick reply, I'll wait and see what happens with BT. Any ideas has to how long this normally takes? May I had that up untill about a week ago I had a stable connection and a throughput speed of 7150 but for some reason I lost sync and it dropped to this new speed of 5500. See a copy of my stats from about a week ago below.

Re: Throughput speed

Hi BLINDPEW,
Kitz gives an idea here about how long it can take. I'll run a line check now and see what I can see, but it can take up to 15 mins for an ADSL2+ report. I'll get back to you soon on that.

Re: Throughput speed

Just had a look at the link, but not sure how to work it out but the max time is 120 hours so BT should change my profile within 5 days.

Re: Throughput speed

Hi BLINDPEW,
Your current sync rate is 7115 so that will bring it up to 6000 when it lifts.
