Stuck profile

After a power cut on New Years' Eve, my router is reporting a sync speed of 2100+ kbps. I have been unable to run the BT speedtester, but I would have expected that my profile would have increased to 1750kbps by now. My current PN profile is 1500.
I would appreciate it if someone at PN could check this, and if warranted give my profile a bit of a nudge.
Thanks in anticipation.

Re: Stuck profile

Yep, it's upped to 1750 now, I'll up it on our side.
I've also found the reason your account wasn't updating correctly, for some reason the circuit identifier we had stored was incorrect. This looks to have changed from what we had stored, I've updated it and hopefully that'll mean the line profile will update itself from now.

Re: Stuck profile

Thanks Chris, very pleased with such a quick response from you. Just out of interest, what is the 'circuit identifier', and why does/should it change?

Re: Stuck profile

It only normally changes when the line is moved or if you migrate out/back in.
