While not brilliant, for my line length I found this acceptable.  650 - 750Kbps (which I am now getting) is not!

In your preceding post, all the test results you quote until the last one show your sync rate was 1440 kbps (greater in one instance) and your IP Profile was 1250 kbps, as it should be.  In the last result on 1st March your sync rate had dropped to 1344 kbps causing your IP profile to drop to 1000 kbps.  Your SN Margin in February was around 6 dB, which is as good as it gets.
What figures do you get now?  Is your noise margin still around 6 dB or has it gone up?

It's probably the 9dB SNR making the difference at the moment. I could try resetting it to 6dB. This, however, would start the training period and I can't guarantee the SNR won't go up again. I can't think of anything else I could do for you at this point.

My noise margin went up from 6 dB to 15 dB after I had a line fault due to a bad (wet and corroded) connection.  It took approximately 400 hours for each 3dB decrease in the noise margin but it eventually got back to 6 dB.  So I think you were right to opt for retraining because you have to be very patient if you wait for the DLM to do its thing!

Will reboot when I get home tonight, although I know it's not the ideal time of day! 
BTW checked a a neighboor in the next street (same cabinet) on Sky gets 2.1Mbps download speed!

For whatever reason, your attenuation seems to have gone up slightly; it was 63-64 dB in February and now it's 65 dB.  Perhaps as a result, you are not achieving the sync rate you used to, hence your download speed is not what it was.
