I rang PN today and after going through the usual have you checked all your wiring and test socket rubbish he ran a line test and said there is still a fault on my line! And the noise is proper loud on the phone line again so ive definately got an external fault somewhere. My internet is barely usuable now, web pages take forever to load. Ill have to raise another ticket

I've someone on phone faults picking this up today as the likely cause of you broadband issue will be any phone fault.
