If I change my frequency from syncing between 5ghz and 2.4ghz and connect smart devices, can I change it back to dual again after they connected? I have seen instructions on how to do this on the Hub One and want to order LED lights that say it only works on 2.4ghz so once I change this to not syncing, can I change it back afterwards?
