Slow/no internet

Six days with virtually no internet and a faulty phone line. Plusnet said it would be resolved within two working days. Since then Iv made numerous calls and nobody can tell me when outreach will be able to fix it. Continually being told they will chase it up and get back to me but they never do. Nobody seems to be able to get the job done and Im paying for a service Iv not got. Dont know whats gone wrong with Plusnet but they sure aren't as good as they used to be. Time to take my custom elsewhere ☹

Hi Whitaker100,

Please accept my sincerest apologies, open reach are working tirelessly to clear the backlog of faults from storm Dennis, most of the country is in an MBORC state, which means matters beyond our reasonable control,  this will be assessed and resolved as soon as physically possible.
