Slow broadband speed ...

Hello.

My broadband speed is currently around 350Kbps. It used to be around 450Kbps-600Kbps. I haven't noticed the speed drop until now. I was wondering if there's anything that can be done to fixed this? Thank you.

Sorry to hear your speeds have dropped.

Our tests aren't showing any cause for this so I'd recommend going through the troubleshooting here

If you're still having issues after raise a fault here and we'll investigate further
