Slow adsl2+ upgrade

Hello I asked the support team on the 29th Jan if I could be upgraded to adsl2+. On the 30th I was told I can and that I would be upgraded in the next 5 to 7 working days. 8 working days have passed and still nothing?    Anyone no how long this should really take haha?
Current router stats
Connection Speed 8128 kbps 832 kbps
Line Attenuation 21.0 db 11.5 db
Noise Margin 12.8 db 17.0 db

Hi there,
I've just looked into this and can see that there's been a delay against the order in question. In these circumstances I'd usually cancel it and place a new one manually. However the original order is set to complete on the 15th so I don't see any point to doing that now.

Cheers for looking. The switchover did indeed happen on the 15th but now have a new issue.
Would seem although i'm now on adsl2+ the router is only syncing at adsl speeds? as well as lossing half my upload.
Is this likely to go up during the 10day training period or is something wrong?

Something's odd.
At first I though you had been transferred to the 21CN network but left on ADSL1 service and not also changed over to ADSL2+ and this was why the sync wasn't changing.
But then I saw your attenuation has gone up by the usual 3dB you get when you swap to ADSL2+
So why, given your noise margin is huge, isn't the sync increasing
I recall somewhere seeing that something else needs to be done to allow the line to sync above 8128 but can't remember if this is correct or whether I'm talking rubbish.
Yup, something is definitely odd somewhere.....

Someone has messed up your order big time! As you were on Max Premium (I presume you were paying extra for this) your order should have been placed for uncapped upload. In any case we'd been told that all bulk orders were now being placed uncapped.
You need to make sure Max Premium is removed from your account as you don't need to pay for the faster uploads on 21CN.

I think the restriction to 8128 will be caused by Plusnet's systems not having registered the change to ADSL2+ yet. Perhaps they've yet to be notified of task completion by BT. Uncapping upstream and removing any charge for the now redundant Max Premium are separate issues.
Hopefully someone will be along soon to pick this up.

Hi jackpr,
Just been investigating this and it looks like the order was placed for up to 8Mbps rather than up to 20. I'll place an order to change that, which will take effect tomorrow. Sorry about that.
