Safeguard not working

Hi, I'm trying to activate safeguard on my account and cannot get it to block anything at all. Any ideas what may be wrong? I've tried restarting the hub / waiting 2 hours / etc for several days and it just doesn't block anything. Is there some reason this might be happening? I googled and read something about DNS servers but apparently I can't change DNS on the Hub one anyway so hopefully the default setting should be compatible with Safeguard.

Sorry to hear Safeguard isn't blocking any websites for you.

It appears to be a known issue. I've raised a ticket with an internal team to investigate this.
