Router supplied with wrong wireless key

I was helping a client set up her replacement Plusnet router today.  It came pre-programmed with her account details so she could probably have managed on her own, had it not been for the fact that the wireless key on the sticker was completely different to the pre-programmed one!  Just thought I would mention this.

Thank you. This is a known issue, some routers have been going out with the wrong wireless key on the sticker. The wireless key on the bottom of the router is correct though.
