Router problems

My router/modem keeps dropping wifi and internet but sometimes the lights are still on. It regularly drops all lights and restarts. I have done a full reset and only works for about 30 mins then drops again. I am also getting red power button regularly

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your connection. I have tested your line and I can see the connection is dropping.

In addition I can see you have reported a fault which is currently being investigated by our faults team, as soon as they have an update they will be in touch.

How long is this going to take I reported the fault on Monday evening with absolutely no reports back from the faults team. Left in limbo
