@rongtw
Your issues started around the time that the WBC network began to go out of balance and (please correct me if I'm wrong) you only see issues in the evenings? If so, you're likely to be experiencing issues on one of the busy gateways. Have you checked which one you're currently on from here: http://usertools.plus.net/@gateway/ and compared to my list above?

Re: realy bad tonite

Foolishly, I reconnected before looking at the service status page - so I'm probably now trapped on one of the slow default TM settings.
I was on thn-ag3 until 9:30, and since then I've been on pcl-ag7.
Just for info, my status checking graphs show that the speeds were OK until 4AM, a little wacky between 4AM and 6AM, and dire since 6AM. I've turned it off until things get fixed...

Re: realy bad tonite

Well if my complete inability to load ANY we page is due to being on a "default" profile, then you need to change your default setting. I had to forget the PC. Disable wifi on my phone and post this using O2 3G service

Re: realy bad tonite

Virtually nothing would load this morning on  lo0-central1.pcl-ag03.plus.net [195.166.128.238] but a connect/reconnect cycle put me on  lo0-central3.pcl-ag05.plus.net [195.166.130.36] which seems to have  fixed it - Thank goodness I have the Plusnet Service reports set up on RSS to Outlook so I knew what had happened

An update is on the way to service status shortly. We're still working to resolve the issue.

Re: realy bad tonite

May as well chime in, speed is in the toilet and I'm apparently on thn-ag1.
Sometimes things go wrong, at least I checked the forums before resetting my router over and over and over.

Re: realy bad tonite

Posting for information only:
- on both my ADSL and ADSL at a customer site, very low speeds (still).  Pages are slow to load or hang altogether. Outlook hangs on Send/Receive (though I see that Pipex have an issue today also, and one of my mail a/cs is with them). Trying to listen to BBC Radio via iPlayer is impossible (plays, stops, plays...).
OTOH Thanks for the Service Status feature, and for adding the fault information to the recorded message heard when first phoning Support - saves a lot of time.
