Lower Sync / Broadband speed , stuck profile?

My profile went down to 1500 about 4 days ago but has not gone back up again.
Its usually around 4000-5000.
I have had no disconnections since and have not rebooted by router.
Please could you increase my profile as I think it is stuck (it should usually go back up after a few days)

It hasn't made any difference
I just done the BT speedtest and the profile is still 1500. I have also tried rebooting the router

You'll need to wait 3 days for your BT profile to update and the PN should catch up about 12 hours after that

it seems like there was a bad resynch yesterday as the profile and synch speed both went down after James reset it

PN reads 3500 but BT reads 1500
Not sure what to do Jameseh
I also tried swapping the router which didn't work either

Keith - Give it a bit of time.  For once, we have been sent a higher profile than that given by the BT Speedtester (it's normally the other way round).
You might have to wait a little bit longer for the BT Speedtester to update, otherwise we'll raise a fault with BT to fix a stuck profile.

Just over 3 hours ago my PN profile went from 1500 to 2500 but the profile given by BT speedtester is still 1500, so could be a common situation.

My profile has been stuck (at 4000) since Monday. I have just put in a ticket as my ADSL stats have been OK for 8 days. BT Speed checker gives:

    IP profile for your line is - 6500 kbps
    Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 1579 kbps
