Problems with IPlayer & Unlimited & Value

Well, hopefully the screenshot will be good enough. I tried a smaller capture but by the time I've clicked on all the right windows and found where the 'stop' tab is, it's too late! 
Dunno, I'm not the worst newbie ever either...

You could always just click on the red cross at the top right hand corner which then gives an option for saving

Hiya.
I'm afraid that this isn't going to be an overnight fix.  Dave wasd busy yesterday with ensuring that our network is in balance following on from a problem we experienced a couple of days ago.
I will however ask him to see if there has been any progress.

The update I have at the moment is that at the moment I believe there are 2 issues here (possibly 3 because I don't think that the problem Jelv is seeing is caused by either of them). We have a problem with the Ellacoyas on the following two gateways - pcl-ag02 and pte-ag1 where the new sig we've developed for iPlayer isn't picking up the traffic, we have a case open with our suppliers to try and resolve this.
The second issue is that the new signatures don't seem to be picking up all of the traffic, some of the Wiresharks I've looked at look like the traffic should get picked up by it (the signature matches the capture) so I need to look into this in more detail.
Reason I don't think that the problem that Jelv is seeing is related is because in both these cases the traffic could/would get classified as something other than iPlayer, on PAYG or Pro unless it misclassified it as gaming or VoIP (in which case it would get titanium) it would still get the same priority as iPlayer and wouldn't be subject to any rate limits.

One other question, what operating system are people that are seeing the problem (or the ones that it always works for) using? I've just got a beta signature for iPlayer on the Mac (by just I mean in the last few minutes so haven't had any chance to do any testing with it) so if there are Mac users seeing problems and you aren't on pcl-ag02 and pte-ag1 then I can look at getting this rolled out next week.

I use Windows XP. I am on the ptn-ag2 gateway. Don't know if that helps! 
Edit: 11.30pm, trying to watch Leonard Cohen Live in London on IPlayer; it's like watching a slide show of the concert. Giving up!
