Port unlocking - Thomson TG585 v8 Router

Please help!!!
I need to unlock ports TCP 123, TCP 2689 and UDP Port 5353 in order to use Apple TV.  The router is blocking these services apparently so I'm in urgent need of some advice

Also make sure your plusnet broadband firewall is off: https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=firewall
If you change the setting make sure you reboot your router.
