I'd like to why Plusnet has left my 85 year old mother, who is shielding, without a phone line or broadband for over 2 weeks? She has had to wait 30 minutes on her mobile every time she has contact them. They have put all information online although she has no internet, and have repeatedly put the job on hold until she rings again. Now they are saying it's resolved, it isn't, and the support team are just not replying when told this. All that for £36 a month because they failed to inform her she was out of contract in July! Disgusting Plusnet!
