Orange flashing

Hi
I talked to someone last thursday about my broadband flashing orange. They said i would get a call back within 2-3 days and i havent heard anything. The internet comes back every now and then but just cuts off afterwards. Can any moderator get an answer for me please because this is getting ridiculous.
