Not happy. No broadband.

Not happy the BT have switched off our broadband already and Plusnet can’t connect us. All we’ve got is a phone line which we don’t really need but have to take. Really annoyed that we’re having to use up all our 4G data. Also annoyed you can’t send a quick email to complain about this. Website is like a labyrinth of useless information. Not a great start Plusnet.
